Municipal Solid Wastes
The prime focus is to cater to the burgeoning needs of the civic bodies for effective disposal of Municipal Solid Wastes and to bridge the demand supply gap of power by utilising energy recovery potential from organic fractions of waste. Organic Recycling Systems, through our international technological collaborations, has access to innovative technologies for material recoveries from MSW.

Dry Anaerobic Digestion Process
Dry anaerobic digestion has been developed after a thorough R&D considering the characterisation of organic solid waste in India and has found to be the most suited technology for Indian conditions.
The flexibility of the dry anaerobic digestion technology allows the treatment of a wide range of different input materials. The digested residue is extracted from the digester, dewatered to a TS content of about 50% and then stabilised aerobically during a period of approximately one to two weeks. The aerobic maturation ensures complete stabilisation of the material, which cannot be degraded any further under anaerobic conditions. The final product is
Bio fertilizer and is very hygienically safe and stabilised as per the international standards.

Salient Features:

Wastewater Treatment Technology
Our accessibility to advanced technologies in the field of wastewater treatment is through our associates making a unique combination with distinction for providing solutions to the environmental challenges by providing STPs, ETPs and Recycling Plants based on RO.
STPs/ ETPs:
• UniFED IDEA based SBR for large Municipal and smaller systems
• MBR – Membrane Bioreactor, Airlift and Crossflow – for critical water reuse applications. Anaerobic coupled with Ozone treatment
• Other systems, depending upon site specific requirements, can be engineered for MBBR, SAFF etc.

Recycling Plant
We have adopted the latest technology cross flow pressure driven membrane filtration like the reverse osmosis, nano filtration, ultra filtration and micro filtration. The difference between the above filtration is only pore size of the membrane. These can be used in the following contexts:
• Production of pure water from brackish water and sea water
• Production of bacteria and pyrogen-free water for domestic and industrial use
• Pre-treatment of D. M. Plant for reduction of ionic load
• Removal of hazardous chemicals like pesticides, trihalomethanes, etc.
• Production of pure water for the electronic industries for washing of valuable components
• Production of pure water for process industry
• Removal and Recovery of chemicals from cooling water blow down
